COPPEE
HALL
1914
The Gymnasium was replaced by Taylor gym, and was completely remodeled for use as a classroom building in 1914. The building became the new home of the Department of Arts and Sciences. The building at this time took the name of Lehigh's first president and the creator of The Brown and White, Henry Coppee.
Coppee was renovated again and became the home to Lehigh's Department of Journalism in 2003. The renovations created more space and computer labs in order to make the building suitable for production of The Brown and White.
